We map every manual step in your current operation — from enquiry to payment. We interview your team, review your current tools, and find where orders, clients, and money fall through the gaps. You receive a written process map and a clear recommendation for what to build.

Build

4–8 weeks

We build a custom system around your exact process — not a generic tool you have to adapt to. Weekly check-ins keep you informed. You see the system working before it goes live.

Every discovery call starts with us asking questions, not pitching. If we are not the right fit for your situation, we will tell you that directly — and point you in a better direction.

Common Questions

How long does it take?

Discovery is 2 weeks. A Custom Build typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on complexity — most finish in 6. If you choose the Operations Partner engagement, it is ongoing from month one.

What if I am not technical?

You do not need to be. We explain everything in plain language and train your team before anything goes live. Most of our clients have never used custom software before — that is exactly why they need it.

What if something breaks?

Every build includes 3 months of post-launch support. If something breaks, you report it by email and we fix it within 48 hours. After the support period, we offer a maintenance option.

Can you integrate with Tally?

Yes. Most of our clients already use Tally for accounting. We build around it — not instead of it. The exact integration depends on your Tally version and what data needs to flow between systems, which we assess during discovery.

Do you visit our location?

For clients in Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra — yes, we can visit for the initial discovery if that is useful. For clients in other regions or overseas, we conduct the discovery over video call. It works equally well.
