1. Introduction

Cluxn ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you share with us. Effective Date: 1 June 2026.

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, company, phone, message
  • Booking data via Calendly — name, email, meeting details (governed by Calendly's own privacy policy)
  • Newsletter sign-up — email only
  • Session cookies — only for administrators accessing the admin panel

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to: respond to enquiries, communicate about active projects, and send newsletters to subscribers who have confirmed their subscription. We never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Personal data is stored on Hostinger-managed servers (MySQL database). Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of collection, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. All storage is within Hostinger's infrastructure under their data processing terms.

5. Your Rights (DPDP 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf
  • Seek grievance redressal as described in Section 8

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Calendly (booking system) — view their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy
  • Hostinger (hosting infrastructure) — view their privacy policy at hostinger.com/privacy-policy

We do not integrate with advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or analytics services that process personal data.

7. Cookies

This site uses session cookies only for administrators logged into the admin panel. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no persistent cookies are set for public visitors.
